Permitting

From start to finish we will streamline the permitting process. The client will never have to go out of their way to make sure permits are submitted or paid for unless they wish to do so.

Maintenance

Just like a home or vehicle, your waterfront structures need maintenance. We are happy to offer our services in making sure your boatlift continues to run smoothly and your pier/dock remains safe.

Insured

We are a fully insured Marine Construction Contractor and able to supply proof of coverage for any Marina, HOA or personal build.

Experience and Craftsmanship

We are happy to accomdate any requests, as long as we feel it is up to industry standard and safe.

Survey

Although surveys are not a requirement for building your waterfront dream, they are a great resource to have. Especially when it comes to supplying valid documents to neighboring properties.
